Prof. Dr. Nuno Mateus-Coelho, Lusófona University, Portugal

Nuno M. Coelho is an awarded researcher and professor of Information Security, Systems Intrusion, Cloud Security, and Data Privacy at the Polytechnic Institute of Cávado and Ave (IPCA). He holds a Ph.D., Magna Cum Laude, in Computer Sciences from the University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro (UTAD) in the field of information security and secure operating systems.

Dr. Nuno Mateus-Coelho is the Editor-in-Chief of ARIS2 Journal – Advanced Research on Information Systems Security, General-Chair of the CyberKnife Infosec International Conference, General-Chair of iSCSi – International Conference on Industry Sciences and Computer Sciences Innovation, and is an expert accredited by the European Commission on R&I projects in the Horizon 2020, COSME, and CEF programs within information technologies. He is a TED, Web Summit, CNN Portugal, and IEEE prominent Keynote Speaker; Data Protection Officer in several Portuguese companies; Cybersecurity Board Adviser for Amkor Group and Faurecia Automotive; ISO 27K, COBIT & ITIL Expert; and CEO & Founder of NRMC.PT.

In 2021 Dr. Nuno Coelho received the INNCYBER INNOVATION Award for Best European Cybersecurity Researcher, and in 2023, the Excellence Career Award from PiGo.

Prof. Dr. Manuela Cruz Cunha, IPCA – Polytechnic Institute of Cávado and Ave, Portugal

Maria Manuela Cruz-Cunha is a Full Professor of Information Systems and Project Management in the School of Technology at the Polytechnic Institute of Cávado and Ave, Portugal. She holds a Dipl. Eng. (5 years) in Systems and Informatics Engineering, an M.Sci. in Computer Integrated Manufacturing, and a Dr.Sci in Production Systems Engineering.

Prof. Dr. Manuela Cruz-Cunha teaches subjects related to Information Systems, Information Technologies, IT Project Management, and Organizational Models to undergraduate and post-graduate studies.

She has authored and edited 30 books, and her work appears in more than 150 papers published in journals, book chapters, and conference proceedings. She is the founder and conference chair of the “CENTERIS – Conference on Enterprise Information Systems”, “ViNOrg – Conference on Virtual and Networked Organizations Emergent Technologies and Tools”, and “ProjMAN – International Conference on Project Management.” She is the editor-in-chief of the “International Journal of Web Portals.”

Prof. Dr. António Vieira de Castro, ISEP – Porto Higher Instittute of Engineeering, Portugal

Antonio Vieira de Castro holds a Bachelor’s and Post-Graduate Degree in Management Informatics, a Master’s Degree in Multimedia Technologies from the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto, and a Ph.D. in Eng. Electrotechnics and Computers from the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto.

He is a professor at the Institute of Engineering of Porto (ISEP) and a researcher at GILT (Graphics, Interaction, and Learning Technologies), in which he coordinates the research line Multimedia and Medicine.

In recent years, he has written several articles on e-learning and the use of technologies related to the production of multimedia educational resources. He was co-author of a book on the subject published in Chile. He gave several lectures, by invitation, on Learning Technologies in several European and American countries.

In recent years, he has supervised numerous Master’s dissertations and undergraduate projects. He is the author and creator of the MELOR repository (Medical Learning Objects Repository), currently in use in over 44 countries.

He is currently co-head of the European Working Group on Applied Media Teaching and Learning (Task Force –MEDIA), specifically in the area of ​​learning and Learning Objects.

One of the most recent products developed under his guidance (as the author of the idea) is EduGraal, an application for recording video lessons for distribution in video format that aims to facilitate its production to teachers around the world.

Prof. Dr. Manuel José Damásio – University Lusófona, Portugal

Director of the Department of Cinema and Media Arts at Universidade Lusófona. Associate professor at the University of Minho, Ph.D. in Communication at the Universidade Nova de Lisboa. Author of several books and articles in national and international peer-reviewed publications.

Prof. Dr. Benjamim Fonseca, UTAD – University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro, Portugal

Benjamim Fonseca is Assistant Professor at the University of Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro (UTAD) and a Researcher in the INESC TEC Laboratory, in Portugal.

His main research interests are collaborative systems and mobile accessibility.

He has dozens of publications in these areas, in conferences, journals, and books, and has participated in the reviewing and organization of several scientific publications and events.
